Check in/out & reception
- Please note that our reception is not 24 hours.
- Check-In is normally between 2.00pm and 9.30pm unless otherwise arranged.
- Check out is at 10.30 am to allow time for room cleaning for incoming guests.
Payment
- For direct bookings, a deposit of 30% of your total bill will be taken upon making a reservation.
- The remaining balance of your payment will be taken 7 days prior to your arrival dates unless otherwise arranged specifically , in writing,by a member of staff.
- We ask that customers bring with them the credit/debit card on which the booking was secured.
- The person making the booking will be responsible for paying all monies due.
- Credit card payments carry a 3% charge.
- The debit or credit card is taken as security against the actions and behaviour of all individuals in the party and their guests and to cover any loss or damage to any room whether occupied by the cardholder or not.
Cancellations
- We reserve the right to charge you the full cost of the stay as booked on cancellations that take place within 7 days of the start of the booking. This applies to a cancellation by any one individual within a group and to any curtailment in the duration of stay booked.
General
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. If found smoking, a fine of £500 will be charged to the person who's name the booking was made under. We will also charge for additional cleaning and airing if anyone is found to have been smoking in a bedroom.
- We do not have safes or a safety deposit box and cannot be responsible for any property lost, stolen or damaged.
- We expect our customers to take reasonable care of our property and we reserve the right to charge for any loss or damage, including key / key fob sets if they are lost or not returned on departure. Key sets charges are £30.
- Services are subject to availability and we will do our utmost to provide accommodation as booked. If for any reason we do need to cancel or change your reservation, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Exclusive Use Booking Cancellation Policy
Upon booking the Hedley Townhouse Exclusive-Use(sleeps 17) you will be required to enter your card/payment details. A 50% non-refundable booking deposit will be taken 60 days prior to your arrival.
Changes and cancellations to bookings for Hedley Townhouse Exclusive-Use(sleeps 17) made up to 61 days prior to arrival are without charge, and any deposits will be returned in full.
30 days prior to the guests' arrival,the second payment of 50% of the booking total will be charged.
Bookings cancelled within 60 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the booking fee, and there will be no refunds on this occasion. Failure to pay for 50% of the booking 60 days before arrival will result in an immediate cancelation of the booking.
Please note, a £1000 damage deposit is required for each Hedley Townhouse Exclusive-Use (sleeps 17) booking on or before arrival. Without this payment, entry to the Hedley Townhouse will be denied. Provided no damage is made to, on or within the property, the damage deposit will be returned in full up to 10 days after departure.
